Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions and images displayed on our website are accurate.
However, due to ongoing product development, manufacturing improvements and supplier updates, specifications, dimensions, packaging or product details may change without notice.
Images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and may not precisely represent the final product supplied.
Natural variations in colour, grain, texture, fabric shade and finish are normal characteristics of furniture products and shall not be considered defects.
Due to differences in screen settings and photography, colours displayed online may vary from the actual product.
Quotations
All quotations are subject to availability, supplier confirmation and final acceptance by Impex Furniture International FZE.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue.
Prices may be revised due to changes in exchange rates, freight costs, raw material prices, government duties, taxes or other factors beyond our control.
Orders
An order is considered confirmed only upon written acceptance by Impex Furniture International FZE and receipt of the agreed deposit payment.
Any amendments requested after order confirmation may be subject to additional costs, revised lead times or supplier approval.
Custom-made, project-specific or specially manufactured products cannot be modified once production has commenced.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are:
• 30%–50% advance payment upon order confirmation
• Balance payment prior to shipment or against shipping documents, as specified on the quotation or invoice
Accepted payment methods may include:
• Bank Transfer
• Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
• Other approved payment methods agreed in writing
All bank charges and transfer fees shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery and Lead Times
Estimated lead times provided by Impex Furniture International FZE are based on information available at the time of quotation.
Production schedules, vessel schedules, customs procedures and international logistics may affect delivery times.
While we make every effort to meet agreed schedules, delivery dates are estimates only and shall not constitute a guarantee.
Impex Furniture International FZE shall not be liable for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping lines, ports, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Inspection and Acceptance
Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt.
Any claims relating to shortages, visible damage or incorrect items must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Supporting photographs and relevant evidence may be requested to assist in the investigation of claims.
Failure to notify us within this period may constitute acceptance of the goods.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that products arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing faults, customers must provide photographs, videos and supporting details for review.
Each claim will be investigated in cooperation with the relevant manufacturer and logistics providers where applicable.
Subject to verification, remedies may include:
• Replacement parts
• Repair solutions
• Product replacement
• Credit or compensation at our discretion
Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, accidental damage or incorrect installation are not covered.
Cancellations
Orders for standard products may only be cancelled with written approval from Impex Furniture International FZE.
Custom-made, project-specific, made-to-order or specially manufactured products are non-cancellable once production has commenced or supplier commitments have been made.
Deposits paid for confirmed orders may be non-refundable depending on production status and supplier obligations.
Force Majeure
Impex Furniture International FZE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Fire
• Flood
• War
• Civil unrest
• Government restrictions
• Labour disputes
• Port congestion
• Shipping disruptions
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Supplier or manufacturer interruptions
In such circumstances, delivery schedules and contractual obligations may be extended accordingly.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impex Furniture International FZE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use, delivery or performance of products supplied.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the products supplied under the relevant order.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos and product information, remains the property of Impex Furniture International FZE or its respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
